Scope and account responsibility

OSCR is an invitation-based, experimental Paper pilot. Use your own OSCR login and your own Alpaca Paper account. Do not share credentials, access another participant’s records or attempt to bypass access or risk controls.

Paper connection and authorization

Real-money trading is disabled. Connecting an Alpaca account does not activate a bot or authorize an OSCR trading session. Deployment, schedules, quantities, risk limits and exits require separate supported controls and authorization. Features marked unavailable are not enabled.

Data and experimental features

Market data, signals, software and simulations can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Modeled outcomes are separate from broker-confirmed Paper results. Neither guarantees future performance or a successful real-money strategy. OSCR is not a promise of profits or a substitute for your own assessment.

Alpaca and connection controls

Alpaca account access is also subject to Alpaca’s agreements and authorization. You can disconnect your local OSCR connection and separately manage connected-app permissions with Alpaca. Disconnecting is not an instruction to close an existing position.

Pilot participation and support

The operator may pause pilot access or unavailable features while issues are investigated. Report unexpected account access or operational problems promptly. Questions, access requests and concerns should be sent to [email protected].

Changes

Material changes to pilot scope or these terms will be communicated to participating users. Broader distribution or real-money support requires a separate review and is outside this pilot.
