Same playbook. Every account has its own story.
Three documented milestones in the OSCR private Paper pilot: separate account execution outcomes, matching market changes appearing at different times, and an automated Paper round trip reaching its planned target exit.

01 · Same rules. Different fills.
Two student accounts ran BTC/USD 15-minute Structure Break with P0.5 exits. Both attempted an immediate-or-cancel buy. One canceled without a fill; the other filled. Their submissions were 29.54 seconds apart, at 10:01:21 AM and 10:01:50 AM PDT.
Broker records establish different execution outcomes. Both bots attempted entry; this does not establish that one deliberately declined the strategy. Account-specific payloads and submission times matter.
02 · Same change. Different clocks.
Matching SNDK 15-minute RVOL30 and pressure changes appeared in the rehearsal view at 11:30:28 AM and in the admin view at 11:35:19 AM PDT—a displayed difference of 4 minutes 51 seconds, with rehearsal earlier.
Both screenshots show RVOL30 changing from 90.8414% to 48.9642%, and pressure changing from VERY BULLISH to VERY BEARISH. The images were captured around 11:40 AM. The times are displayed observation timestamps; they do not isolate network latency or prove synchronized device clocks.
03 · Planned. Executed. Confirmed.
OSCR completed an automated SH Paper round trip originating from the SPY 30-minute Structure Break bot. The confirmed history records 23 shares, a $32.09 entry, a $32.25 exit and +$3.68 realized Paper P&L. The exit reason is TARGET · P0.5.

The founder called the screenshot a trophy: “a small miracle....planned OSCR.” The achievement is the complete planned lifecycle—from account-bound entry and protection to target exit and confirmed history. The displayed return is rounded to +0.50%; one Paper round trip does not establish future performance.
This trade belongs to the normal Structure Break Paper runtime. Fast Trigger remains shadow-only and its comparative acceptance continues separately.
Evidence exists. Account records stay private.
These observations are backed by tangible, preserved digital artifacts: original screenshot copies, timestamped event records and broker receipts. Supporting records are stored in a private, dated evidence archive with SHA-256 checksums and a verified archive integrity check.
The first milestone is supported by broker order and fill records. The second is supported by the submitted account screenshots. Account identities, private bindings and trading records are withheld from this public page. Public documentation does not make the private archive publicly accessible.
Why this matters
OSCR's creator called this a historic moment: watching automated rules operate through separate accounts, each with its own timing and lifecycle. It is a milestone in independently created automation and evidence-based engineering.
The next investigation will compare native input timestamps, observer cycles and broker lifecycle records. These observations establish operational independence and timing differences; they do not establish consciousness, learning or superior trading performance.
Paper only. Real-money execution remains off. These are pilot observations, not an investment performance claim.
